With over 35 years of industry experience, Mr Subodh is a CII National Award winner for Business Excellence and a CII certified Senior Assessor in the field. He has an impressive track record of guiding numerous firms towards excellence across various domains, such as Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, focusing on transforming processes and culture. Subodh is a seasoned industry professional with a passion for transforming processes and cultures, he has been instrumental in guiding numerous firms towards achieving operational excellence and outstanding business results.
Mr Subodh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and is an esteemed alumnus of the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University. He received training in Global Leadership at the renowned Tepper School of Business and was chosen as a Fulbright Scholar for the program in the USA.
Mr Subodh has held prominent positions as the Business Head at Kirloskar Group and as a Director in Shakti Pumps before founding his own consulting firm, Greymetre Consultants, in 2016. Greymetre Consultants, a private limited company, specializes in turnkey consulting projects for sales transformation, market share improvement through range and reach optimization, and relationship programs. The firm also assists in debottlenecking and ensuring availability using TOC and DDMRP processes.

Mr Jaideep Ahuja has over 38 years’ experience in Design Engineering, Projects & Marketing, Project acquisition, execution & management across industry segments including Solar, Thermal & Hydro Power, Steel & Cement Plants, Oil & Gas – NTPC, NHPC, State Utilities, IPPs, IOCL, ONGC, Steel Plants & Rolling Mills, Paper & Sugar Mills.
Mr Jaideep has extensive strength and experience in Electrical Generation & Distribution, Substation Automation, IOT, Process Automation, SCADA and Energy Management.
He began his career as an engineer in SIEMENS before taking on several executive-level roles in strategy, P&L businesses, Projects & Marketing, Project acquisition, execution & management, His career span with many MNCs like SIEMENS, ABB and Conglomerates like C&S, BCH adds value to his highly acclaimed profile. He had been with C&S and BCH for over 10 years donning multiple leadership roles in sales, distribution, marketing etc and in his final assignemt was the India Marketing head at C&S (now Siemens).
Mr Jaideep obtained his B Sc In Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and is a trained professional in Project & Risk Management from SIEMENS Germany.
